PRECISION AIRPARTS SUPPORT SERVICES, INC.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

Precision Airparts Support Services, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "PASS" will service each unit in accordance with customer instructions, to engineering orders, original equipment manufacturers' requirements and FAA and/or applicable agency specifications. PASS warrants all serviced units to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

PASS warrants only as to title, and only to the extent the original manufacturer thereof specifically warrants its products, any components sold or used in the process of repair or overhaul. PASS shall not be liable for consequential damages due to failure of a part or sub-assembly incorporated into the unit.

PASS must receive written notice within thirty (30) days from date of defect's first discovery for defect to be eligible for warranty consideration.

All serviced units are warranted for 500 flight hours or one (1) year whichever occurs first with the following three exceptions:

Engine driven compressors (EDC's) returned under warranty shall be repaired or replaced at our option at "no charge" during the first one-half of the warranty period. At such time an EDC has been in service for one-half or longer of the warranty period, the end user shall pay for that fractional portion of the cost of a warranty repair as the ratio of the total hours the unit has been in service to the total hours of the warranty period.

All Airesearch cabin pressure controllers are covered under warranty for ninety (90) days beginning with the day shipped with no flight-hour limitation.

Hydraulic pumps are warranted for 4,000 flight hours or two (2) years whichever shall occur first, and shall be repaired or replaced at our option at "no charge" for the first one-half of the warranty period. At such time a hydraulic pump has been in service for one-half or longer of the warranty period, the end user shall pay for that fractional portion of the cost of a warranty repair as the ratio of the total hours the unit has been in service bears to the total hours of the warranty period.

Should handling damage, tampering, lost or missing parts, abuse, misuse or improper storage occur, PASS shall not be obligated hereunder.

This warranty shall supersede and is in lieu of any other warranties expressed, implied or statutory.
